Rooftop is the standout amenity

The rooftop deck with skyline views and grills is the best amenity. Gym is well-equipped but compact. Bike storage room is generous which fits the neighborhood. Dog park is small but functional.

Bad: Gym could be bigger, small dog park

Reserved freight elevator, welcome kit with local coffee shop gift card and neighborhood guide, everything in the unit was spotless and exactly as shown. Even had a personal walkthrough with the property manager.

The 606 trail is right there for running and biking. Dozens of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. Blue Line gets you downtown in 15 minutes. The neighborhood has great energy.
