Great lakefront location
The location near the lakefront trail is genuinely wonderful. Easy access to the beach in summer, running paths year-round. Edgewater is a diverse, walkable neighborhood with good restaurants and transit.
Pest Control
Roach problem never fully resolved
Despite multiple treatments over 8 months, cockroaches keep coming back. Management brings in exterminators quarterly but it is clearly a building-wide issue that needs more aggressive treatment. Very frustrating.
Repairs & Responsiveness
Maintenance requests take weeks
Submitted a work order for a leaking faucet and it took 3 weeks for someone to come out. When they did, the fix was temporary. Had to submit again a month later. Emergency requests are faster but anything non-urgent gets backlogged.
