Lakeside paradise
Waking up to lake views every morning never gets old. The kayak launch is right there. Tarrytown is quiet and peaceful but you are only 10 minutes from downtown. Best of both worlds.
Good: Lake access, nature trails, quiet
Bad: Need a car for most errands

Quick and thorough repairs
Maintenance team here is excellent. Most requests are resolved within 24-48 hours. They use quality parts for repairs and the technicians are skilled and courteous. Had my AC fixed same-day during a heat wave.
Good: Fast response, quality repairs
Bad: Weekend maintenance is limited
