Pool area is fantastic

The resort-style pool is exactly as advertised. Clean, well-maintained, and rarely overcrowded even on weekends. The rooftop deck has become my favorite spot for remote work.

Good: Beautiful pool, great rooftop

Bad: Gym can get crowded during peak hours

Garage pricing is steep

The garage is clean and well-lit but the monthly fee of $175 on top of already high rent feels excessive. Visitor parking is limited to 2-hour spots which makes hosting difficult.
