Beautiful rooftop and lobby
The rooftop with Capitol views is the highlight. Lobby is modern and welcoming. Hallways are well-lit and clean. The business center is well-equipped for remote work with fast WiFi.

Bad: Rooftop closes at 10pm which is early

Professional and timely
Bozzuto management communicates well through email and their portal. Building notices are professional and timely. They held a town hall meeting when a water main issue affected the building, which I appreciated.
