Resort living without the vacation

The spa, yoga studio, and theater room are incredible amenities you do not find at most apartments. Pool area with cabanas feels like a five-star resort. Everything is impeccably maintained.

Good: Spa, theater, yoga studio, amazing pool

Bad: Have to reserve theater room in advance

Convenient garage setup

Each unit gets one garage spot included in rent. Additional spots are $100/month which is reasonable for the area. Guest parking has about 20 spots which is usually enough. EV chargers are a great bonus.
