Mixed maintenance experience
The loft aesthetic is great but the exposed ductwork collects dust constantly. Building cleaning is adequate but not exceptional. Individual unit maintenance requests are handled within a week usually.
Good: Reasonable response times
Bad: Dusty due to loft design, average cleaning

Nightlife noise is brutal
River North is a party neighborhood and the noise on Thursday through Saturday nights is intense. Bars and clubs below and nearby create noise until 3-4 AM. If you are a light sleeper, avoid lower floors facing Huron.
Good: Exciting neighborhood if you like nightlife
Bad: Extreme weekend noise, especially lower units
