Common areas need attention

Hallway carpet has not been replaced in what looks like 15+ years. Lobby is outdated. Building exterior needs paint. The laundry room machines break frequently. It feels like the owners have given up on maintaining the property.

Good: Units themselves are okay

Bad: Dated common areas, broken laundry machines

Absentee management

The property manager is almost impossible to reach. Emails go unanswered for days. No online portal for maintenance requests — you have to call and leave voicemails. For SF rent prices, the management quality is inexcusable.
