Well-kept property
The tropical landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. Pool is cleaned daily. Common areas are spotless. Units are maintained well — our AC filter gets replaced every quarter without asking.
Good: Great landscaping, proactive maintenance

Pinecrest is one of the best family neighborhoods in Miami. Top-rated schools, safe streets, beautiful parks. The apartment is on a quiet street but near the Metrorail for commuting downtown.
Good: Excellent schools, safe, family-oriented
Bad: Suburban feel might not suit everyone
