Well-maintained common spaces

The clubhouse, pool area, and hallways are always clean and well-maintained. They recently renovated the lobby and it looks great. Dog park is a nice size with good turf.

Smooth move-in, rough move-out

Move-in was well organized with reserved elevator time and a welcome packet. However, move-out inspection was overly nitpicky. They charged for normal wear items that should be expected after 2 years of residency.
