Ant and mosquito issues
Southern Louisiana means bugs are a given, but the management could do more. Monthly perimeter spraying would help. Indoor ant problems in summer are annoying. Mosquitoes in the courtyard make it unusable at dusk.
Good: They will spray if you request it
Bad: Reactive not proactive pest control

Thin walls in an old building
You can hear your neighbors conversations clearly through the walls. The building is old and insulation is minimal. Management wont do anything about it since it is a structural issue. Nice neighbors help.
Good: Neighbors are generally respectful
Bad: Very thin walls, hear everything
