Concierge team is excellent

The concierge and doorman staff are the best part of living here. They remember your name, handle packages with care, and go above and beyond for residents. Front desk is staffed 24/7.

Construction noise is relentless

The constant construction in Jersey City waterfront means noise from 7am to 6pm most weekdays. Windows help but you can still hear it. The building itself has decent soundproofing between units though.
