Reasonable lease terms for NYC

For a luxury NYC building, the lease is actually quite fair. Standard 12-month with reasonable renewal terms. Early termination is 2 months (standard). No excessive hidden fees in the lease.

Full-time doorman, package room with cameras, FOB-controlled everything, and a security team that patrols the garage. The building entrance has a proper vestibule with intercom. Feel completely safe at all hours.
